With over 25 years of distinguished experience in finance and investment management, I have cultivated a broad international perspective, particularly in the MENA region, with a strategic focus on the GCC and Levant. Throughout my illustrious career, I have successfully overseen transactions totaling a combined $5 billion, demonstrating proficiency across diverse transaction cycles, including deal screening, origination, sourcing, research, structuring, finalizing term sheets, execution, monitoring operations, restructuring, and spin-offs.

Renowned as an expert in identifying, negotiating, and originating investment opportunities aligned with investors' criteria, I bring strong skills in evaluating business environments and entering new markets, contributing significantly to my track record of success. My expertise extends to investment product development, encompassing mutual funds, business restructuring, financial engineering, and investment origination.
